ELEVATE Beverages is committed to making drinkelevate.com accessible to everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, screen magnification, voice control, or other assistive technology.
Conformance status
We work to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines are the technical standard referenced under Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act and are the benchmark we measure this site against.
This site substantially conforms to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Substantial conformance means the site meets the standard across the pages and features assessed, while acknowledging that content changes over time and that some third-party content is outside our direct control.
What we have done
The site has been assessed and remediated across its full public storefront, covering:
- Colour contrast across text, controls and interface elements
- Descriptive alternative text for images that carry meaning
- Labels on every form field, including search, newsletter, contact, login and registration
- Accessible names for buttons, links and product controls
- Logical heading structure on every page
- Full keyboard operability, including a skip-to-content link and a visible focus indicator
- Screen reader testing across the browsing and purchase journey
- Text resizing and reflow at 200 percent zoom
Third-party content
Some parts of this site rely on services provided by third parties, including our payment processor and our wholesale ordering platform. We do not control the accessibility of that content, but we will work with those providers where issues are reported to us.
Ongoing work
Accessibility is not a one-time project. We review the site as we publish new content and features, and we welcome feedback that helps us improve.
