Shipping policy

Order Fulfillment

All orders will be shipped within 48 hours if placed Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

Average delivery time is 3-5 business days depending on your chosen delivery location.

Carriers

We currently offer and UPS, FedEx, and USPS to deliver our orders within the USA.

For international orders, we offer DHL Express Worldwide.

Tracking

Once your product ships, we will update your order with tracking information via email.

Shipping Rates

We offer $7.00 flat-rate shipping per case for orders in the USA.

For international orders, we charge the applicable DHL Express Worldwide cost for shipping.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order, we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
